We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from MI International.

  • Returns – Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only if items are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds – Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product and will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Eligibility – To qualify for a return/refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
  • Non-Refundable Items – Opened, used, or expired canned food products are not eligible for return or refund.
